Similar image. What criteria is used. Lack of examples.

For us to assist with similar, we need to have the refused file and what to compare it with. In this case it is your public profile.  However, you can follow this general principle when preparing to submit:

Each image must be significantly different from others you uploaded. You are allowed to submit similar images if each image has something significantly different and beneficial for the customer. In a series of images there must be something significantly different from all other images you submitted. Color change is not counted. Example the subject back, front, side and top. Two sides only if each side has something significantly different. Landscape, portrait and close-up count. A model standing and sitting is also counted. The above are counted as similar but allowed because of the added beneficial differences. If two images are looking closely alike (although different) they are counted as too similar and will be refused. There is a limited number of similar images accepted for each file format although meeting the above criteria.

1) PNG is for cutouts containing transparency. This should have been submitted as JPEG, not PNG.  

2) The frame is cropped too tightly. There's not much wiggle room for customers to work with. 

There's a fair amount of dolls in inventory.  But I don't know how well they sell. Stock knows their customer's buying habits better than we do.

My advice is to submit no more than 2-3 similar subjects in one batch. For all we know, similar keywords & titles might be sending up red flags, too.  The "similar content" territory is still uncharted. 

We have already determined and said that this rejection meaning is not understandable. We are not even certain if AI is rejecting the assets or if a human is. And we surely have no knowlege as to what the criteria is. Make sure your asset has met the quality standards. If possible, make some changes to the asset, title and keywords. Wait a few weeks the, resubmit.
