“Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us.”

I opened the account and saw this message, so I sent an email to the website, and I got a reply "Since your account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice." I don't know what this means , this happened when I received money for the first time. At the same time, several of my partners also encountered the same situation. They were all at the time of withdrawal for the first time. I really don’t understand what caused this. I I haven’t done anything against the rules. I don’t understand what it means because the sales are not normal. Later, I sent two emails to ask why, but I didn’t get a reply. I am a professional photo contributor. This is my After several months of hard work, I received the goods, but the first withdrawal was blocked. Can anyone tell me what is the reason and what should I do?

Fellow users can't help you with an account matter.  For legal reasons, Adobe can't discuss ongoing account matters in a public web space.

Suffice it to say, your account is under review because of suspicious activity.  There is nothing you can do now except by patient while the investigation process completes.  It's to protect you as well as other Stock Contributors from exploitation by bad actors.

As nobody here can help you, I'm locking this discussion.  You must work directly with Adobe Stock  Contributor support.

Goodbye and best of luck!

What I understand is that there is a problem with the buyer’s account. They bought my work. Why should I, the contributor of the picture, be held responsible? I sent two emails to the website but no one responded. What should I do? So helpless!

I have uploaded 1500+ works and now I have nothing. I'm really sad!

I have same problem. Adobe terminated my acount. I had 3500 photo and 3500 video footages for sale. They said:

"In avarrage you earned 10-50 Credits per month and the earnigs jumped to 1200 cCredits in September 2022. These were purchased by only one buyer. We audit contributor accounts and the increase of your downloads doesn’t align with normal sales pattern."

I also sell my footages on shutterstock, pond5 and envato. max withdraw was on shutterstock near 800$ amount, but i did not have same problem as on Adobe stock. They said that I was purchasing my footages )) so unlogic and stupid. I think they are just team of beggar swindlers. Other stock websites are more developed.

The sales income of works is directly proportional to the number of uploads. The more works uploaded, the higher the sales. I don’t understand how the website judges. Does it mean that the sales are abnormal if the income is large? I don’t understand! My works are niche, and those who buy them are those. There will definitely be people who will buy my latest works many times.

Have you been purchasing/downloading your own assets? Who are your partners and what do they have to do with your Stock account?

I have never purchased my own pictures, I am a photo contributor, why would I buy my own pictures? The partners I'm talking about are the partners who work together, and we will talk about design inspiration together. We are all professional designers, our design works are relatively good, and the sales volume is not bad.

Some Contributors do license their own works, because previously sold images are moved up in rank among similar images; however this is specifically forbidden and will get the account blocked.
