Is it acceptable to upload multiple files as part of a bundle, or to upload a bundle as a single file

Simple answer, files can not be uploaded as a bundle (I assume you mean templates) unless you have speciflc permission to do so. To get permission, you need to be invited. How to be invited? We don't know.

    Adobe states that there is currently no need for such contributions by new contributors. In other words: you won't get invited.
