Hi there,
I’m facing an issue.

I’m trying to upload the Adobe Stock mission “Lighting Change with People.”

After completing all the required steps, I receive the following message:
“Some assets do not have model releases attached. Please attach model releases to all assets and try again.”

Thank you to everyone who responded to the issue.
So far, neither a solution nor the root cause has been found.

I am currently in contact with the team that directly supports the missions.
As soon as I receive any clear information or an update, I will share it with you.

Hi @Joyful_Coral5CAF ,

Did you read all the information given to you in association with the mission? If I am correct there are some confidenciality clause attached to the mission guidelines and a link given for you to direct you questions. Besides, the guidelines should tell what is required, what to avoid and if releases are required and how to submit same. If you have not read everything associated with your submission, I think you should do so.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

Did you attach the model releases?

"Yes, of course, I added them.
I even double-checked each photo individually.
The attached release can be seen in the top-right corner of the second image."

That does not show the release to be attached to all assets. According to the message there is one or more assets without a model release.

And the message is scripted. Except for the minimal chance that there is a bug in the script, you need to check the assets again. Besides a model release, it could also be a property release that is missing. Sometimes Adobe does not really use the good terminology, which can be confusing.

Your screenshots are awful and do contain information that are not necessary. You are confusing tose who want to help. In addition you should use the image icon to insert them into your message. That's much more productive for us all.

Thank you for your response.
How can I provide you with more useful information?

Should I upload screenshots for all 50 photos showing that model releases are attached to each of them?

I have done this multiple times:

  • I went through each photo individually and attached the release

  • I also attached the release to a group of photos

I understand that it may look like I’m one of those users who attached one release to just one photo out of 50.
However, that’s not the case — I’ve been here for a while.
