Some images in moderation limbo for 5+ months?

Hi
I am not totally sure how the moderation works, but as I upload there are two methods of acceptance, sometimes new ones I post get accepted straight the way, and other times some that run the course of 1-2 months eventually get accepted. However, I have got like 20 images all sitting there from over 5 months of waiting.
I have had no account issues and am curious.
Will they be moderated eventually or have they been forgotten?

Moderation works officially first in, firts out, but given current experience, we can safely assume, that some assets get moderated faster than others. With 5 months in the waiting queue (after submission, not after uploading), you may consider to delete and resubmit the asset.
