Same my files are in review for more than one month, i still got some downloads though sometimes. But when it comes to reviewing files usually it doesn't take this long 😞 ( usually a few days or a week )

Hello, I also have images pending for more than a month. We are in summer holiday time and it can explain it maybe.

I remember the ancient time when I could receive a response within days 🙂 but it was also before AI !

Hi @Graphic Art005 ,

I too have files waiting for review for more than 30 days. I've been off line for 3 weeks and on my return fewer than 10 of 30 files were reviewed. There's nothing we can do to speed up the process. We just have to be patient and wait.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

Moderation can take up to 8 weeks. You have a ways to go unless you get lucky.

You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum, and there is no way to hasten the review process. Be patient. Based on the title I can see on one image, I can understand why you don't have any downloads yet. Your titles need to be far more descriptive of the asset. And don't include Instagram or "social media" in the title. The Buyer can easily decide how they want to use an image. Have you read the Adobe guidelines on metadata ?
