Some of my photos have been approved but do not appear in the public portfolio. What is the problem?

Some of my photos have been approved but do not appear in the public portfolio. Does anyone know the reason of the problem?

You likely live in a restricted region like Turkey, Qatar, or Indonesia where a 2nd vetting process is required by your government.

SOLUTION: Change the country code in your browser’s address bar to an unrestricted nation— Canada (ca), France (fr), United Kingdom (uk), or Australia (au).

If you change the region, located at the bottom of the screen, to a region such as USA you should be able to see your assets. Even though you cannot see them, they are available for sale in regions where they are shown.

Where are you from? Some countries require additional vetting before they appear in your region. But they are visible elsewhere.

I think this is related to your region. Try changing the region in the bottom left corner.

Have the photos just been approved? If so, try typing 'about' in the search bar of your portfolio. This will show the most recent assets. (Also, make sure you’re searching in a different region.)
