Some submitted photos not reviewed after more than 5 months

Many Contributors have reported the same problem. I also have 12 images waiting for >5 months while newer submissions are now getting reviewed much faster. It's as if they have fallen into a deep black hole! The only suggestion is to re- upload and resubmit those, after deleting the previous submissions that have apparently been overlooked.
