Question

Something on my mind about “Suspicious Activity”

Hello.

I also share my approved images from Adobe Stock on Facebook and Bluesky, and I plan to share them on other platforms when I have time.

I'm wondering: what if someone else on these platforms, who has a grudge against me for whatever reason, fraudulently buys my images by opening test accounts, and my account gets banned for Suspicious Activity?

How can I protect myself against such a possibility? I don't know.

The only thing I can think of is that when I notice something like this, I immediately contact Adobe and write something like “I didn't organize these fake sales, I was probably set up by someone who has a grudge against me, please cancel these sales and close the fake accounts that did this”.

But I don't know how much good that will do.

Thank you.

Take a chill pill.  Stop worrying about things that may or may not ever happen.

The most likely culprits of unusual account activity are machines, not humans.  And machines are incapable of personal 'grudges.' They do what they are programmed to do. It's not personal.

You don't know for a fact that the "suspicious activity" on your account was caused by someone with a grudge and advising Adobe as such is going to have no impact whatsoever on their investigation. You'll just have to let the process take its course.

So if I understand correctly, if something like this happens to me, there's not much I can do, isn't it?

That's correct. You are at the mercy of Adobe to find and resolve the issue on your account.
