Status Inquiry: No response on account appeal after 2 months

Hello Adobe Support Team and Community Moderators,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was blocked approximately two months ago regarding Generative AI content guidelines.

I have carefully reviewed the guidelines and understand the requirements for AI submissions. I have already submitted my appeal twice through the official process. However, it has been two full months now, and I have not received any reply or update from the Stock team.

Could you please let me know if my appeals are still under review, and whether I will actually receive a response regarding my account status? I am just seeking clarity on if a reply will eventually come or if a final decision has already been made without notifying me.

Adobe does not participate in this forum. Your only option now is to continue waiting until Adobe completes their investigation, which, as you are learning, can take weeks or even months. Do NOT follow up with new appeals, as this will only result in further delaying Adobe’s investigation.
