Still In Review?

Hello, I am new to Adobe Stock (I previously used IStock but I don't understand it anymore) I uploaded my first submissions 4-5 months ago.  I came tonight to upload some more and noticed that all of my first submissions are still in review.  I'm not sure what I did wrong...

It's only normal in 2 cases:

  • The asset is in the reminder tab, you are missing some information
  • The asset is in the not accepted tab: review is over and only a thumbnail of your picture is still available for your information.

If they are still “in review”, then something went wrong. To know what went wrong, you need to contact Adobe Contributor support: Need help? (Stock Contributor Support). I'm aware that this is the status you claim. 

 

If they are still in the new tab, then submission is not yet terminated, and you still need to submit the assets for review.

 

If you share a screenshot, as suggested by @RALPH_L, make sure that there are no private information in. As for the screenshot, I think it would be really helpful to share that with us, as it is then easier to tell you what you should do.

 

Please look also for some status message that may appear under the menus.
