Still my account Deactivate :(

Hey everyone, my Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated two months ago and is still inactive. I have tried multiple times to contact customer care, but no one has responded. I also sent emails, but nothing has happened. Is it possible to reactivate my account? There seems to be no support for contributors.

If I decide to close the account, will the remaining balance be paid out?

The Contributor Support team always seems to be overwhelmed, probably due to the large number of accounts that are suspended and under investigation at any one time. Unfortunately, it is not unusual to wait several months for resolution. There is no way for you to request payout while your account is suspended, and if Adobe concludes that your account will remain permanently blocked, you probably won't receive any further payouts, as stated in the Contributor Agreement.

There won't be a pay out as long as your account is suspended. Depending on the reason of the suspension, there won't be a payout at all.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Oh, I have to wait a couple of months again! OMG. How can we survive as contributors? Creating another account would be a lot of work.

I'm happy because you're responding to my posts, thanks buddy... but the support team is not responding. 😞

No one here in the Contributor community knows how long you'll have to wait. Unfortunately, not very many who have had their accounts suspended come back here to report on the outcome or how long it took.

Customer Care is the wrong address. Use the "Contact Us" link you are provided to contact "Contributor Support".
To answer your question. No. Your funds are frozen until you have contacted "Contributor Support" and a review has taken place.

But as a contributor, you are not a customer. You are a supplier. Supplier can only supply in accordance to Adobe's rules, and Adobe has well the right to suspend a supplier.

My company has a big black list of suppliers that can't supply anymore. That's the way business goes.
