Stock ai. file upload fault

Hello!My problem is the following. I tried to upload an ai. file on the stock, but it writes errors: that are had upload errors. File size: 5000 × 5000px drawing board, graphics size 4367 × 4382px. I tried file with zilla, but it also indicates upload error, maybe my computer can be a problem?
