Stock libraries have been lost

I’ve been around and around with support on this and am hoping someone here can be of help. Long story short, all of my libraries on Stock have disappeared and I need to get them back. I’m missing years of collecting content for my client projects.

I’m a Creative Cloud Pro user with a Stock plan. I had some questions about my Stock plan and an Adobe support agent recommended I change to a Teams plan so I could get unlimited stock. This seemed like the right choice so I made the switch and migrated my libraries to the Teams account. Well, it turned out that this was not the right plan for me because I need extended licensing.

I switched back to a personal plan, losing my libraries and my credits.

Does anyone have any suggestions on who to contact for this? I’ve tried multiple times and it seem like I’m just getting routed to a salesperson and it feels like they just want me to change my plan for a commission.
