Stock mission release issue

Hello,
I am submitting videos to an Adobe Mission. When I attach a model release and click Save, everything looks fine. But after I refresh the page, the model release is no longer attached.
The release is visible in my Releases tab, and it is a valid JPEG. I’ve tried different browsers and cleared the cache, but the issue persists. The release is in JPG, and I press Save before submitting.
Could you please check my account and confirm why the release is not staying attached to my Mission submissions?

Don't do that!  Page refresh clears everything from memory.

I know what you mean, don't worry the release should be there.

Make sure you select Yes on "Recognizable people or property" search and attach the release.  The way you know the release is attached is when the asset icon (square) turns from red to green.

Btw, you can also attached the release to a batch of assets, whcih will save you time having to do it one at a time.

Cheers!

This is not contributor support. If you need contributor support check here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

May be you should submit without refreshing as refreshing may bring you back to the state before attaching the release.
