Stock: Multiple Accounts

I am a contributor to Adobe Stock and have sold pictures there foe years. The last time you sent a notice that I have sold a picture you provided a link to my account. When I used the link I got a message that I have multiple accounts (I don’t). I can not see the account to get paid. I have a case concerning this. It is00473461.

    RESOLVED

    I am a contributor of photos to Adobe Stock, and Adobe would email me that I sold a picture, give me a link, and it would lead to a block message saying, “You have multiple accounts.” I couldn’t get in to see the picture or my total amount of money I am owed.

       1. Typed an inquiry into Adobe (20 times) saying I had trouble with multiple accounts. Automatic AI advisor indicated I should search for all my Adobe IDs and I found one from many years ago that I never used. It had a $119 photography plan in it. I’ve been paying double for at least a decade.There’s the same plan in my regular account, too.

       2. I tried to delete the account and was automatically told I needed to first delete the plan. It proceeded to block me from deleting the plan. 

       3. i went to robot chat and explained I couldn’t delete my extra account. The robot said, “Ok, let’s delete the good account.” If keyboard keys could scream, I screamed NO! That happpened three times.

       4. The robot said it understood why I would not want to delete the good account I wanted to keep, and sent me to a human. The human chat lasted 47 minutes while I typed the same information over and over, and the human misunderstood over and over.

       5. I heard my cellphone down one floor in the kitchen ringing at 11:30 p.m. but ignored it. It was Adobe. The chat ended when the human ghosted me. I had no idea Adobe would call and therefore ignored the call.

       6. Repeated the above process and got another human. Another call came ringing from my cellphone on its charger in the kitchen without me knowing it was Adobe because Adobe’s human never told he me was going to call. Got ghosted.

       7. Third time I repeated nearly all above this line, phone rang, I didn’t know to answer, the human deleted my $119 plan in my unwanted account, anyway, and deleted my unwanted account. Then I went downstairs to discover Adobe had called three times, the third time leaving a message that said, “Hello? Can you hear me?” Total time was one hour, ending at 12:10 a.m.

    Which implies you have more than one account, even if you don’t know it.

    Did you log-in with your Adobe Stock ID (email) and password? Notice I said Adobe Stock, not Fotolia, which has been closed since 2019.

    I wasn’t able to get into the Adobe stock account. As far as getting into an account where I see my iCloud purchase and my Photoshop, etc., purchases, I can do that, but in there, I don’t see anything about my Adobe stock account.

       I just today got my tax form from Adobe for the 2025 money. They paid me last year, so I was logging in just fine last year. I’ve never heard of Fotolia. 
      The link they sent did not require any login. You just hit the button that says look at your other best sellers, and you go into your account. I did look at what email address they sent the notice of the sale of another picture too, and I made sure I used that one. The only thing I’m wondering about is, that I tried to switch the account over to a second email address in 2025. Yesterday I tried to switch it back. In fact, I did switch it back for the account that shows my iCloud purchase and the app purchases. That one is also my official Adobe ID.
