Stock Review time

Hi

 

How long should it take for images in review to be reviewed.  I have submitted lots, and all are still waiting for review which, says in a few days time someone will look at them.

 

2 have been up for over a year - whilst others for a few weeks now.

 

Is this normal?

Hi Chris, 

Sorry about your experience. Review time is usually within five days. Rarely does it exceed that time and when it does it is normilly by a day or two. If you have checked and these assets were not rejected I suggest you send a message via "Contact us" at the bottom of your contributor's page (Dashboard page, or Contributor Account page).
