Strange refused images as AI where they are not

Hi, I had two self portrait studio pictures of (not AI generated) refused for same reasons:

  • Non-compliant use of another artist's name.

  • Unclaimed generative AI content.

  • Content not conforming to general guidelines:

Somebody can help me?

Those are the images at the right aspect ratio. Of course i've submitted the model release that has ben accepted for other images (also made in the same way in studio)

Check the keywords for doubles, like "artist", "artistic", or those many arts, and those many "digital".

You did not tell us, if that was a straight refusal or if the assets were first sent to the reminder tab.

Model releases need to be on a shot basis. they need to refer explicitly to the shot. You can't use the same release for different shots, weeks apart.

The refusal reason is non-compliant image, the 3 points shown on that refusal are the most comon, but not necessarily the reason for the refusal. That is stock text. The moderators do not choose that. The refusal is also given, when you have assets in the reminder tab, and you resubmit, without addressing the problem.

The rejection reason is one of those shown, not necessarily all of them.  Without seeing the original full size images, it's impossible to know.

Do your original submissions have those borders around them? Images with borders are rejected, which would be the non-conforming part.

Adobe Community Expert | If you aren't submitting your assets in sRGB, you probably didn't read the rules.

The choice of the square format is a format that is used more with AI than with photos. I don't understand why this format was used...

Refusal thumbnails are square. That's not the original aspect ratio.

This actualy happens quite often. You should have posted the originals for us to review. Often the title or keywords can be the problem.
