My photo was rejected on Adobe Stock. Could you give me feedback on what I could do better?

Your thumbnail picture isn't good enough to give an opinion. However, if is an 'art' piece, you will need a release for it. Even street art has to have a release if you want to submit it to Adobe Stock!

That's partly true. Street art (aka graffiti) that is the main subject of your image does require a property release. But if used as an incidental backdrop for other subjects, it doesn't.

In this example, a street art PR isn't required but model releases are.
