Struggling to find an answer as to whether I can upload Yas Marina Circuit photos

Hoping someone can help since the virtual assistance does not understand and I was unable to get in contact with Adobe Support. I had clean photos which I wanted to upload of Yas Marina Circuit (no people showing but the signs of Yas Marina might be in some photos). I can see other contributors have uploaded these type of images in the past. Firstly my check box is grayed out for "this is illustrative editorial content" (possibly because I am newbie). Ignoring this checkbox, it puts my items into transport category. Should I click YES to "Recognizable people or property?". If I click yes it requests to search for an "existing release" (not sure how others are getting round this). Could I click "No" and just upload in the transport category? OR...should I just upload images of the Circuit which do not contain ANY banners or logos which identify it? After all, in the description of the photo I'm guessing I can put "Yas Marina Circuit track"? Appreciate any opinion or advice. Kind Rgds
