Struggling with Low Sales Despite 10k Images - Need Advice and Feedback

Hi everyone,

I hope you're doing well. I’ve been an Adobe Stock contributor for a while now and have uploaded around 10,000 images to my account. Despite this large portfolio, I’ve only managed to earn around $20 so far, which is quite disappointing.

I was wondering if anyone else has faced a similar issue or if there might be something I’m doing wrong? 

Here are some specific questions I’d love insights on:

  • Could there be a specific reason my sales are so low?
  • Are there any tips or strategies that could help improve my sales and visibility?
  • Does my portfolio look optimized for Adobe Stock's audience?

Looks like you might need to do a deep cleaning of your 10,000 assets. Many are simply unusable. Yes, we can blame the moderators for allowing bad assets to be accepted, but the real responsibility falls first on the contributor. Moderate your own work.

      Without seeing your assets, it's impossible to speculate. 

      Maybe your content isn't what customers are buying right now. 

      Or it might be due to lackluster keywords, titles & descriptions.

      I see a lot of similars on your account on themes are are highly over-represented in Adobe Stock. I'm quite sure that Adobe does not need one more abstract background. With 1,000,000 AI images being added every day, it's hard to find unique topics, but uploading many that are quite similar isn't helping your chances of having your images found.

      How long did it take you to upload 10,000 assets? Are they AI or real photos?

      Looking at some of your work at random, especially our earlier stuff, I’m coming across a number of assets that the moderators should never have accepted and which would likely be returned by a discriminating buyer noticing such issues. Here is one example.
