I would reject it for quality because of the stream of water flowing from the bottom. Maybe, it would help if you sent a signed by yourself property release.

Thanks for your response. But there was a singnature at the bottom of the image. That’s why they rejected the image as Intellectual Property.

It’s quite possible for an image to have multiple quality issues. This one has at least 3.
