Subject: Issues with Pending Files and Image Visibility on Adobe Stock

Dear Adobe Stock Support Team,

I hope you are well. I am a contributor to Adobe Stock, and I am encountering two significant issues that I would appreciate your assistance with:

  1. Pending Files Not Being Accepted or Rejected:
    I have uploaded 50 files to Adobe Stock, many of which have been pending for more than two months. These files have neither been accepted nor rejected, and their status is causing a backlog in my portfolio. This delay is becoming a significant issue for me as I am unable to move forward with my submissions.

  2. Unable to View My Uploaded Images:
    Over the last two to three days, I have noticed that I cannot view the images I have uploaded to Adobe Stock. While I can see the file titles and other details, the actual images do not display. Additionally, when I search for specific designs on Adobe Stock, they appear in the search results, but when I attempt to view them, the images are not visible. This is making it difficult for me to assess my work and troubleshoot any issues.

I would be grateful if you could look into these problems and provide a solution as soon as possible. These issues are impacting my ability to manage my contributions effectively and grow as a contributor on Adobe Stock.

Not sure how to help with the second issues, unless it's a region issue that requires additional vetting before assets become visible.

As for the first issue, dozens of contributors are waiting two to three months or longer to have their assets reviewed.

Many Contributors are reporting review delays of 2-3 months or even longer. I have some waiting since early June, while other more recent submissions have been reviewed. There's nothing we can do to hasten the process.

 

As to your second question, what country are you located in? As @daniellei4510 indicated, assets in some countries require additional vetting before they are available for sale in those countries; however they are available for sale in other countries. If you post your account link here, we can confirm that we can see your assets where we're located.

What steps can I take to resolve the second issue? Also, if Adobe Stock typically takes 8 weeks for file review, why is it taking more than 2-3 months to approve files?
