Subject: Missing Download History and Assets

I noticed that several of my assets that previously had downloads/sales are no longer showing correctly in my Contributor account.

In the Sales/Earnings section, some previously downloaded assets are missing, and when I click on them, I get a "Page Not Found" error.

In which country do you reside? You might be in a geographically blocked region that requires 2nd vetting.

Try changing the country code in your browser’s address bar to an unblocked region like Canada (ca), France (fr) or United Kingdom (uk).
