Question

Subject: No approvals or submission limit for 5 days, but daily rejections.

It has been 5 days, and none of my files have been approved on Adobe Stock.
At the same time, I am not getting any submission limit to upload new files.

However, every day one previously submitted file is being rejected one by one.

So currently:

  • No approvals

  • No new submission limit

  • Daily rejections are happening

I would like to know why this is happening.
Is my account under review, temporary restriction, or is there any other issue?

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has any insights, please share.

Thank you.

It is not unusual to experience a delay of days, or even weeks, for images to be reviewed. The reviewing queue is quite volatile, and review times aren’t always predictable. This does not mean that your account is restricted or in jeopardy in any way.

Sounds perfectly normal to me.

  • Stock receives thousands of submissions per week.
  • Your assets are randomly assigned to the next available Reviewer.
  • Depending on traffic, Review times vary from a few days to several weeks.
  • Be patient.

If content is refused, post the full-sized asset here along with the stated rejection reason.

Most common reasons for rejection are “quality/technical issues,” “IP violation” or “similar content.”

Consult your Contributor User Guide for more about what’s expected.

Your account is not under “review,” there is no “temporary restriction.” If you assets are being rejected, post a couple here and we can take a look and possibly offer suggestions for improvement.

These are created using AI. Sometimes, my vector files are rejected due to similar issues.

Sorry, but we need to see your rejected assets at the size as originally submitted. The devil is often in the details, and these thumbnails do not provide enough information. As for “similar content,” this is a perplexing issue that many have been facing.
