Subject: Payment "Pending" since Jan 28 / Tax Form W-8BEN Approved was approved on the same day. / Case # 00487209 /
I am a contributor (ID:212015513 ) and I am facing a significant payment delay.
My payout request has been in "Pending" status since January 28, 2026. My tax form W-8BEN was submitted and approved
on the same day.I have already contacted support three times (Case # 00477511, 00480547, 00487209 ), but the funds
have not been debited and I haven't received a human response. I am actively participating in the AI training program
and would like to resolve this technical issue to continue my work with Adobe Stock.
Could a moderator please look into this or escalate my case to the billing department?
