Subject: Request for information regarding account deactivation, My case number is 00435763

Hello Team and fellow contributors,

I would like to ask for help and clarification regarding my Adobe Stock contributor account, which was suddenly deactivated (screenshot attached). I have always complied with Adobe Stock’s policies, and all the works I uploaded are my own original creations.

Up until now, I still receive email notifications showing that my content continues to be downloaded and is generating earnings. However, I cannot access my contributor account to check my detailed earnings or manage my portfolio.

In addition, when I try to re-upload my works, the system detects that these files already exist on Adobe Stock because they were previously uploaded through my deactivated account.

I kindly request clarification on the reason for this deactivation and a solution on how I can regain access to my account. I sincerely hope to receive a response, guidance, or resolution so that I can continue contributing to Adobe Stock.

Thank you very much for your attention and support.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You do not make sales from a suspended account. Either those sales where before your suspension or from your second account.

The fact that you have multiple accounts is a violation of the terms.

Not always. It depends on the assets uploaded and the date of creation of the second account.

This user-to-user community cannot help you with Account Matters.

Contact Stock Contributor Support: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact

Adobe may have detected suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Using multiple accounts.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from 3rd parties.
5) Other violations of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html

This matter is solely between you and Adobe Stock, not fellow Contributors in this user-to-user community.

Be patient. It may take weeks or months for an investigation to conclude.

Good luck.

I'm a little confused. How are you able to attempt to upload previously submitted images if your account is deactivated? Do you have a second account?
