Subject: Urgent: File Upload Issue on Adobe Stock Contributor Account

Dear Adobe Stock Support Team,

I am facing a serious issue while trying to upload files to my Adobe Stock contributor account. Whenever I attempt to upload a file, it remains stuck at "Upload Remaining" and never completes. Despite trying different files and browsers, the issue persists.

Since I depend on Adobe Stock for my work, this issue is causing a lot of trouble. I would really appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this problem.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, and will receive no response from an Adobe team member. This is a community of fellow contributors. When I've heard of this upload problem previously, the Contributor often finds that when they check back later the file has been successfully uploaded. If the problem doesn't resolve itself, send a request directly to Adobe Stock Contributor support using the Contact Us link in your Dashboard page.

Clearing the cache and thge cookies, disabling extensions etc could be helpful. Eventually successfully trying with a different browser could also hinting a browser issue. Checking the firewall or Internet issues may also cause issues. 

 

BTW: you did not yet activate your Windows system.
