Submission Block Since June 30 – No Resolution or Updates

Hello,

Since June 30 my account has been completely blocked from submitting new files.
I have no pending files in review, and the only response I have received from Adobe Stock Contributor Support was a generic message stating that "submission limits depend on various factors".

It has now been well over a month without any further reply or explanation, despite me following up. I currently have over 6,000 approved files in my portfolio and have always followed the contributor guidelines.

What is the reason for this block and a specific timeframe for when it will be lifted? The lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and it prevents me from keeping my portfolio active.

Could you give me any advice, please?

If you reach your weekly submission limit or the maximum number of assets waiting for review, you will experience a temporary pause until some of your pending submissions are approved or your limit resets. This is a recent policy change to help maintain the quality of the collection and manage the massive volume of submissions, especially from generative AI creators."

Did you have any recent rejections prior to June 30? Maybe they were abnormal in number, maybe many non-compliant images? Are your sales going on or also stopped?

The submission limit also contains a weekly limit. You should be able to submit each week a small number of assets.

I coludn't submit any pictures, nothing from 30 June 😞
