Submission Block Since June 30 – No Resolution or Updates
Hello,
Since June 30 my account has been completely blocked from submitting new files.
I have no pending files in review, and the only response I have received from Adobe Stock Contributor Support was a generic message stating that "submission limits depend on various factors".
It has now been well over a month without any further reply or explanation, despite me following up. I currently have over 6,000 approved files in my portfolio and have always followed the contributor guidelines.
What is the reason for this block and a specific timeframe for when it will be lifted? The lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and it prevents me from keeping my portfolio active.
Could you give me any advice, please?
