Submission limit reached even though only 1 file is pending review

Hello Adobe Team,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account is showing the following message:

"Submission limit reached. Either you have too much content pending moderation, or you've submitted the maximum weekly limit. You'll be able to submit more once pending items are moderated or your limit resets."

I currently have only 1 file pending review, and my weekly submission limit should have reset today.

Today I uploaded 39 images, but only 3 were submitted before the Submit button became disabled and the above message appeared.

I have checked that my files have titles, categories, and keywords, so the issue does not appear to be missing metadata.

Could an Adobe employee please check whether there is a problem with my account or my submission limit?
