Submission of illustrative editorials grayed out

I wanted to upload illustrative editorials today, but the selection box is grayed out. There is no indication of limits or anything similar; I just can't select the option. I could submit normal creative photos. What could be the reason for this?

Oh dear! I apologize profusely for wasting your time. The problem has been resolved. A glance at the top right corner just showed me that my husband, who has the Adobe CC subscription, was logged in. Of course, that couldn't work. Please accept my apologies and thank you very much for your efforts to help a fool!

Sorry, I forgot to mention: I have been submitting to Adobe for many years and have over 10,000 photos online. Rejections are rare for creative photos and illustrative editorials. The last upload of illustrative photos was a few days ago, and all of them were accepted.

If you’ve uploaded illustrative editorial assets previously but are suddenly unable to, you may need to contact contributor support, located at the bottom of your dashboard. But I’m wondering if Adobe has set limits on illustrative editorial in addition to standard submissions? Since you’ve recently had some accepted, maybe an unknown limit has been reached? Just a guess.

A history of 100 downloads is required before one can contribute to illustrative editorial.
