Submit for approval not possible

Hello,

as you can see in the screenshot: I try to upload my first images but I can't click the button on the bottom for approvement. Nothing happens when I click.

On the bottom there is a german text about my identification paper is declined. I should upload another one but I can't click the Start-button, too. It just happens nothing. I tried in the newest Firefox and Google Chrome Browser.

Can you help me?
