It's difficult to know, what exactly triggered the moderators response. There may also still be a hidden logo somewhere on the ducks. I once had that on a different asset. Moderators are very good with spotting those things.

There may be a copyright on the pointed ducks too.

I didn't make extensive trademark research, but there is at least on trademark application, but that one expired in 2021. https://trademarks.justia.com/860/28/yellow-86028944.html
