Submitted custom paintings need property release form?

I have gone through this discussion about property release forms for submitted custom paintings. I want to confirm whether a property release is required if the artwork is completely original. If I create a painting from my own imagination without using any reference of private property, do I still need any release form? Or is the property release only necessary when the artwork includes recognizable private property or copyrighted elements? Please clarify this requirement for Adobe Stock contributors. Adobe need to you to confirm, in a legally binding way, that you own the rights to the painting. Endless people think they can just photograph someone else's painting and sell it; as an artist, while others assume that possession of a painting give them the rights. Adobe's rules protect YOU.

Absolutely. How else are the Adobe Moderators going to know you're the artist? Fill out the Property Release indicating that you're the creator of the artwork.
