Submitting assets issue

I'm new to Adobe Contributor, This is the first time I upload my assets, when I was trying to submit my assets it requires human verification, it said "Please click on all images containing a cat" I clicked all the images correctly, but then I got the message "Your answer was either incomplete or wrong. Please try again", I tried again I clicked on all Cat images but no matter how much I try I still keep getting message "Your answer was either incomplete or wrong. Please try again".

 

So what am I supposed to do to fix this issue? Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
