How do I submit images of personal wood craving without getting a INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REFUSAL?  Do I need to attach a release?

Yea, of course. How else would Adobe know who the creator is? They are quite vigilant about having proof of IP ownership.

Yup, you need a property release listing you as the property owner/artist.  Think about it this way, Adobe doesn't know who created or owns the carving until you tell them.

Here is more about property releases:  https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/property-release.html

Thank you for responding.  I looked over the property release, but thought it strange that I had to release my work to myself.  Will give it another try.

Thanks again.

It is a bit of a strange concept for us I suppose, but to Adobe it's just routine paperwork.  For them, this is simply asking the question of "who is the owner of this?"

Cheers!
