Submitting issues - anyone else experiencing similar?

Hi folks, 

Noticed this today -  I submitted 3 files for review, it came up with the green bar saying "submitted successfully", the number of files "in review" goes up by 3 but i cannot see the newly submitted files. I go back to the "new" page and they are there again, ready to submit. 

Just wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue.
