Question

Submitting more images with different backgrounds

I submitted some Easter/egg still life images today that were all accepted within a couple of hours. Should I submit more of the same with different backdrops/surfaces?

How man is "some?" "Images must be different enough to provide additional value to our customers. We can't accept more than three color variations of the same image or similar image"

Well...for the first time in over two years, I recently had 2 images rejected for being too similar. They weren't from a series and were two totally different people created days apart and were only "similar" with respect to being extreme closeups. So...proceed at your own risk. 😉

Only if they're significantly different than the ones that are already accepted.

Yes, the backgrounds would be different colors, subject matter the same.

Backgrounds don't sell images, subjects do.

Any skilled Photoshop user can replace backgrounds, if the project calls for it.  Allow the customer to make background changes if they need to.  You should focus more on new content.

Hope that helps.
