Sudden Continuous Rejections on Adobe Stock – AI Tool Involved?

Hi everyone, For the past three days, all my submitted photos on Adobe Stock have been getting rejected. I receive rejections every hour, with 2-3 photos or sometimes even 5-10 at once, and none of my images are getting accepted. I always follow Adobe’s submission guidelines and ensure high-quality content, so this sudden wave of rejections is quite confusing. Has anyone else experienced something similar recently? Also, I’m wondering if Adobe has implemented any AI-based review tool that might be causing this? Could this be an automated system issue, or has there been a change in the review process? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It has happened to me, all of a sudden even photos at iso64 have been rejected. Nothing is being accepted. Something has gone wrong.

If your assets were rejected for quality issues, a low ISO has little to do with quality. We HAVE seen a spattering of examples lately where we can't understand the reason for what appear to be perfectly good images being rejected, but it doesn't happen often. Hi, absolutely the same problem. The issue here is definitely not in the quality, at least because a week or two ago ai images were received in batch with rejection of maximum 3-4 images out of 20. Now 10 sent 10 rejected. In the reason for rejection began to write often that already sent previously similar image. Talked to the operator explained the problem in response a set of formulaic phrases say read the manual and be creative send only what you think will be interesting. By the way, recently my friend also received a batch rejection, he sent isolates real photos on a white background and he all cut off so perhaps the problem is not exactly in the AI image and something else but this trend is not good.

Quality is one refusal that we can check and cope with, but the similar refusal is simply nonsense. I still think that the search tool they are using is giving wrong answers.

I'm pausing all content submissions to Adobe Stock for now until something changes. Lately, nearly 100% of my submissions are being rejected, often with the reason that I've submitted similar content before — even when the photo is of a location I've never photographed before. It's frustrating and unclear whether this issue is affecting just photography or video content as well.

That's understandable.

Hi, I had similar situation this week. My whole batch was rejected - 40 pictures, all claiming quality issues. To make matter weired, a week ago second part of this batch was almost entirely accepted and they had no quality issues. I have sent a ticket and requested more information concearning this rejection, but we will see if I ever hear any reply.

If you get any response at all it will be a canned reply.

Yes I get a lot of rejections these few weeks. It's like they are tired of evaluating. They just reject all saying "similar uploaded" which is rarely the case. They realy shrinked the filter.

The similar refusal checks against the whole database, they'll always find a similar one. As this refusal is so massive, there is for sure a tool involved checking all assets against what you upload, and flagging those that get a certain threshold of similar arrets.

The millions of AI images submitted every day are getting out of hand ... :0(

It would seem that Adobe Stock is cleaning house! I think the acceptance rate has probably increased dramatically, probably due to the influx of assets now. So, what may have been OK a few years ago is now not as good due to the increase in quality (and numbers).

Therefore, it would seem that Adobe is removing assets that these days would not pass the quality test.

If you look on Adobe Stock Discord, lots of prople are suffering from a sudden and unexplained increase in rejections, with some of the reasoning not making sense.

Not all rejections are sudden and unexplained. I've seen rarely a quality issues refusal that wasn't correct. The similar refusals that many experience now are really not explainable, even that Adobe says it checks the assets against all of their database.

We can't be of much help without seeing a couple of the assets in questions if you want to post a couple. There have been no changes in the review process or introduction of automaticed AI that anyone is aware of.

However, my issue seems quite unusual. For the past three days, my images have been getting rejected every minute or hour non-stop. So far, nearly 250 images have been rejected.

Previously, my images used to go through bulk review, where some would get accepted and some rejected. But this week, things have changed—every hour, I only receive rejections, with not a single acceptance. This is really frustrating and confusing

The review process has been a little weird lately. I normally have about 5 to 8 assets reviewed per day. For the past few days, I've only been getting one or two. Same thing happened to me last month. Drip, drip, drip, and then 20+ or so reviewed in a couple of days. Difficult to say what's going on.
