Sudden Drop in Sales at the Beginning of Each Month

Dear Adobe Stock Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am a contributor on Adobe Stock, and I have noticed an unusual issue with my account. I usually receive sales regularly on a daily basis. However, at the beginning of each month, my sales suddenly stop for several days without any clear reason.

This pattern has happened more than once, and I am concerned that there might be a problem with my account visibility, search ranking, or any technical issue affecting my portfolio.

Could you please review my account and let me know if there is any restriction, limitation, or system-related issue causing this sudden drop in sales? I would really appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this matter.

    Welcome to sales.  Some days UP, some days DOWN.  It all averages out at the end of the year.

    It is not unusual for sales to vary day by day, and it doesn’t mean that there’s any problem with your account, other than the fact that no Buyers are selecting your images. If the first of the month falls on weekend, when sales are usually low, that would explain the trend you’re seeing.

    I suspect a number of contributors see patterns (real or imagined) when it comes to sales. Me, my sales generally occur first thing in the morning and there are few if any thereafter. On weekends, nothing sells in the morning but I might sell one or two late in the evening. Maybe it has something to do with the type of assets one sells and how they correlate with demand with respect to the time of day, the days of the month, seasonal changes...who can say?
