switch adresses and accounts

Question

I tried to clean my adobe account (s), but it seems not to work ....

I got 2 accounts, one that i used pers. with no membership to pay and on that i use for professionel documents.

althouth i paid from my personal account , i used my employer adress... but with this economy you know what happen , they put poeple on the streets , so my professionel adress ( and memebership reattach to it) with be a nunexsisting adress in 2 days ... so i try to change for my personal adress.. on this account. It says ( of cours that a i have a already a account with that adress...) so i go on my personnel adress to end this account. it seems to work, but when i go back to the professionnel one... and put the personnel adress it continui to say that an account is connected to that adress... i have to days to make the switch.. why doen't it work ?

Are you saying that you have two Adobe Stock Contributor Accounts? Your post doesn't make much sense. If English is not your first language, post in your primary language, and we can use the builtin translator.
