Sync Bug: Account stuck in loop (15 Assets & AI Bonus Active)

Hello,

I am looking for assistance regarding a synchronization issue on my Adobe Stock Contributor Account.

Although I have 15 approved assets and an active AI Bonus balance, my public portfolio continues to show "No results found." I believe this happened because I mistakenly clicked the "Link my Adobe ID" button, which seems to have triggered a classic synchronization loop.

My account identity is fully verified and I already contacted support on November 28th but haven't received a resolution yet.

Could a staff member please manually re-sync my account?

Thank you for your time and help.

First: staff members do not check this forum.

Second: there is no synchronization and as such, there can't be a synchronization bug.

Third: Any accepted asset is open for sales. Showing no assets on your public portfolio may be completely normal. There are indeed reagions where assets need to pass a more stringent vetting, and as long as that vetting has not been done, your assets won't show up for sales in your region, but they will show up in all the unrestricted regions. This is by design, and is not a bug and concerns all assets of all contributors, independant from there initial region.

I don't know where the "link my Adobe ID" button is. And I have no idea what the "active AI Bonus balance" is. But both of this are irrelevant.

None of this makes much sense.

Hit Ctrl+F5 to clear cached data & reload page in browser.

Or use another web device/browser that doesn't have script blockers or VPN enabled.

Some regions in Indonesia, Qatar, Turkey, etc... block content until its government approved.

If approved assets are not showing in your Portfolio, change the country code in your browser's address bar to Canada (ca), United Kingdom (uk), or Australia (au).

Hope that helps.

What do you mean by "synchronization issue"? Synchronizing with what?
