Tax form

Question

Hi, I just started selling my pictures and videos through adobe stock. I'm supposed to fill in tax form, but I don't really know which one and how. The instructions are really confusing for me and even my tax advisor isn't sure which form is the right one for me. I'm from the Czech Republic and I'd like to sell my footage through my company. Could anyone help me with this please?
