Tax Form Error

my adobe site keeps giving me a red error and won't let me update my tax form which expires in a few weeks,  i tried to change computer, update browser but i always get the same error

I wrote to adobetax@adobe.com but they didn't tell me that they can't do anything

 

can anyone help me fix this please?

hello friends I inform you that I have solved the problem, it may have been a conflict with two different adobe IDs between cloud and stock. Thanks for your time and help

adobe told me i can send the tax form to adobetax@adobe.com but they said i can't accept it (and I can't update and modify it). Could someone from Adobe please help me fix this? 31st December my form expires and I will lose my money please

I did test the procedure and with my Windows 10 computer and Firefox browser it works fine. I arrive to the point where the form opens and asks me to fill in the data. What browser are you using?

This sentence does not make, maybe you should formulate this in Italian, and we will use the mechanical translation.

 

I think you should use a different browser. The browser seems to block the required opening of Adobe Acrobat. You may also test if, by allowing cookies and pop-up windows and disabling ad blockers and other friendly helpers in the browser, you will advance.

ok, sincerely sorry for my english guys! As a browser I use Chrome updated but i try with mozilla too and with my smartphone samsung (new) . I have written email to adobetax and from the web page but still have not resolved. Do I need to have any specific app installed to open the form from the site? Thal You!

Hi @maxg96059138 ,

I suggest you carefully go through the questions again to make sure you answer them all and that they are answered correctly. Make sure every question on both the left and right side of the form is answered. If needs be, count to make sure you answer all the numbered questions. I had the same issue and it was a question I skipped. 

If you check and all questions are answered and they are answered correctly and you still get the error message, can you please type out the message here for the benefit of those of us who speak just English language.

A help page accompany the form with instructions of how to fill it in.. You might want to revise it. It might be able to help you find where the error is.

I didn't skip any questions, the message appears immediately after clicking "update" or after clicking the W-8BEN button

Hi @maxg96059138,

Did you answer the question about the treaty? Did you answer the 3 section on the right side of the form that require you country names? Also, please type here what the error message said.

Did Adobe anser, or did Adobe not answer?

 

Show a screen shot of what you get (edit out confidential data). At what moment do you get that"red error"?

Hi Abambo, thank you for your reply. I received a first response from adobe where they told me to update the browser and change computers, but after trying I didn't solve the problem, I'm awaiting a second response. The error message appears after clicking the W-8 BEN button on the tax-third-step page.
