Hi Hanna,

Did you figure out how to fill this part? I have the same question. With images, Canada has the agreement of 0% but vedio 10%. I don't know how to fill up here. And as there is a red star, seems we can't leave it blanc.

With the special rates and conditions, you state, why the standard rates and conditions do not apply. You have 10% for video and 0% for other assets. That's standard, and Adobe will withhold those from your royalties. That's all.

This said, you need to pay taxes on your revenues in Canada. Because the reason for all those treaties is to pay taxes somewhere.

Please not also, that those forms are general forms and not invented by Adobe.

To be really sure about your situation, you would need to get advice from a (Canadian) tax accountant.

You normally leave those blanc, except if the treaty with Canada instructs differently.
