Techincal issues

Hello!
I've been publishing pictures in Adobe Stock for almost a year and this is the first time that one of my pictures is rejected due to "technical issues" and I don't reallly understand why. I was thinking maybe it's Chrominance noise? But I can't see it. I am sure there's something wrong, but I don't know what it is.

Could any of the experts help me with what they see wrong in this pictur?

Thanks

In addition to the noise pointed out by other Community members, there is a sensor spot in the upper left part of the sky.

There is a lot of noise and color noise in the picture. You can edit that with Camera Raw, but I think the photo isn't sharp enough either.
