Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects.  Who will buy this image?  What will they use it for?

Hello,

 

Probably rejected due to artifacts, in this case JPEG compression artifacts. The camera has a small sensor, so when you enlarge the photo, as the case may be when printed, you begin to see some faults. It also looks like the camera software has also done some inbuilt sharpening. 

 

The quality is fine for small screens, but I don't think it can cope with anything large.

Hence the the 'technical issue' rejection.
