Technical issue

getting rejected due to follwoing reason.
It is not provate logo or Treadmark from me and it is only name and some illestration or object.

Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, during our review we found that it contains one or more technical issues, so we can't accept it into our collection.

Could anyone help me on this attached image.

In addition to the technical issues that @Jill_C pointed out, it appears Shrinkant is a popular name in a culture that I'm unfamiliar with.  Maybe India but I'm not 100%.  I see a politician with this name, and a medium sized brand also using this name.  I suspect Adobe will play it safe and pass on this asset because of that even though it may not be copyrighted per say.  I believe the graphic with no text and the technical issues fixed may pass as long as there isn't something too similar to it already

    You also cannot sell stock for use as a logo, don't try to claim this in the description. (This is because the Stock buyer's contract forbids them from using stock in a logo).

      That's an interesting tid bit I wasn't aware of.  I always thought people would naturally pass on something they wouldn't have exclusive rights to.  Good to know!

        It's not centered. There is a white frame on the left side, and what appears to be a small misplaced rectangle in the middle of the red logo. The mirror reflection is not well done, with some of the letters incomplete and misaligned. The pink "H" seems inconsistent with the red logo.
