Technical Issue on my photo

Hi. I've just post my picture but got rejected due to social issue.
format: JPG
actually i made the picture with photoshop. But i post it under category photo. I can't figure out the technical issue that i need to fix.

You must not post something that is an illustration as a photo. This causes serious complaints from Adobe's customers. It also means your work is evaluated with the expected properties of a world class photo.

First it's not a photo, but an illustration, so submit it as such. Second, as it is an illustration, you should be able to correctly frame the picture. You should add sky above the top, to make the picture more usable.

I would also avoid clipping on the background. A nice gradient should do.
