Technical issue rejection

Question

can someone tell me why these photos are getting rejected for technical issue, they are a JPEG and between four and 45 MB with no watermark or anything like that and they're getting rejected left and right

Technical issues is not about size or format.

I think your pictures are out of focus and the flower pot is missing whites on the histogram (meaning that it is underexposed).
